National Action Plan 3 development extended and progress report

Last week the Co-chairs of the Open Government Forum agreed to resume the NAP 3 development process after an eight week pause associated with COVID-19. The Open Government Partnership Global Secretariat have agreed to extend this process, allowing Australia’s NAP 3 to be submitted later in the year, rather than by 31 August 2020.

Meanwhile, Open Government Forum members are assisting to consolidate a list of draft concepts based on all of the contributions received so far, which will bring the Phase 2a Ideation Period to a close.

We are excited to be soon moving into Phase 2b Deliberation and Drafting, and will post advice on this website regarding opportunities to contribute to further consultation once available.

Thank you for your interest and stay tuned!
